摘  要
 
 文档通过对我国目前中小企业信息化发展的现状和中小外贸企业的概况进行分析，对中小外贸企业的信息化运作过程，中小外贸企业运作中的信息化手段和方法，并结合某中小外贸企业的信息化解决方案进行案例分析，提出了包括提高认识，转变思想，要探索新的管理方式和生产经营方式等几个关于如何提高我国中小企业信息化建设水平的策略性的建议。

ABSTRACT

 This paper analyses the development of  information  in  small and medium-sized Enterprices and  the situation of the samll and medium-sized Enterprices at present in our country. And it also focuses on the operational process of  the information in small and medium-sized Enterprices , information instrument  and methods of the operation, and analyses the example about a  company. And it presents the  advice about how to improve the information level of the samll and medium-sized Enterprices in our country, like improving  the cognition, changing  ideas, exploring  new managing way, and exploring new  production methods.
