制造企业信息化建设研究——以震德塑料机械有限公司为例

摘  要
 20世纪八十年代以来，信息越来越被人们重视，成为企业的重要财富和战略资源。信息化是中小企业迎接新经济的挑战、提高企业运作效率、降低经营管理成本、把握新的商业机会的必由之路。信息技术以其科技优势和广阔的发展前景，正以越来越强的态势，影响着企业经营方式和管理方式的变革。本文从企业信息化的基本理论入手，介绍了制造企业信息化的特征及发展现状, 阐述了中小型制造企业信息化的现状以及中小型制造企业为什么要实现信息化。在此基础上分析了中小型企业信息化过程中存在的问题以及解决措施，并以震德塑料机械有限公司的信息化建设为例，介绍了其信息化的过程以及从中得到的启示。

Abstract

 Since the 1980s, information has received more and more attention, and has become the crucial wealth and strategic resource of the enterprises. Informationization is the gate for minor enterprises to meet the new challenges, improves the efficiency of corporate operation, lower the cost of operation and management and seizes the commercial opportunity. Iinformation technology has been getting ahead to influence the revolution of the way of corporate operation and management with its technological advantage and broad development prospect. This paper introduces the characteristic of manufacturing company’s informationization and the situation of its development, exposits the situation of minor manufacturing enterprises’ informationization and why they want to achieve informationization from the basic theories of enterprises informationization. Based on this, the paper also analyzes the existing questions, as well as the solving measures during the process of minor enterprises’ informationization. Besides, this thesis poses the informationization of Zhende Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. as an example, and introduces the process of its informationization, as well as the enlightenment the writer gets.
