Abstract
After the new period, China has ushered in a new upsurge in foreign literature translation. Western modern and contemporary literature has been translated into Chinese, it has become the main theme of foreign literature translation in the new period. Lord of the flies was gradually translated into Chinese, there are about 8 translations in China, the movie came out in 1963. This paper takes gong zhicheng's version of Lord of the flies as the research object. this paper with the guidance of eco-translatology to discusses how to realize the transformation of linguistic dimension, cultural dimension and communicative dimension in gong zhicheng's translation of Lord of the flies. Language dimension is mainly analyzed from the specific words, words and sentences used by translators in translation. In the process of translation, the translator translates children's language, dialects, sentence structure and rhetorical devices in the original text literal, free, incremental, subtractive or untranslated, so that the target language readers can understand the communicative intention of the original text. Cultural dimension is realized through the conversion of Chinese and foreign religious culture, social culture and political culture. The transformation of communicative dimension is reflected in the harmonious relationship between translator and original author, target language reader, translation researcher and publisher, as well as the harmonious relationship between translator and language ecosystem and cultural ecosystem.
